The correct plural of Kreuzer/cruiser is Kreuzer/cruisers. Very few German masculine nouns ending in -er take on an -n in the plural. These exceptions are Bauern, Vettern and Bayern, almost certainly the only ones. All the rest just keep the ending -er in the plural, e.g., der Bäcker - die Bäcker - baker/bakers; der Bäckermeister - die Bäckermeister - master baker/master bakers; der Kreuzer - die Kreuzer - cruiser/cruisers.
