Lalit Jain developed a passion for archery at a young age and has since dedicated himself to the sport. Lalit pursued his undergraduate studies at Punjabi University, India, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Arts. He is currently purusing his education by pursuing a master's degree in Coaching and Leadership at Mount Marty University, Yankton, USA.

Lalit has been actively involved in archery for over 12 years, specializing in the recurve bow. His commitment to the sport has earned him numerous accolades and awards. Some of his notable achievements include:

Lalit Jain is a key member of the team at the National Field Archery Association (NFAA), where he helps manage the electronic scoring system and assists with various tasks, including event coordination. Lalit was introduced to the NFAA as a volunteer at the Vegas Shoot. With over 12 years of experience in archery, Lalit brings a lot of knowledge and practical skills to his work. At the NFAA, Lalit manages the IANSEO scoring system, which is used for all world archery events. He also assists with organizing state, national, and international archery events.
