[edit]

Has anyone else noticed how this mirrors The Day After Tomorrow, yet was released some 4 years previously? Notably, 1)The wolves outside the school in the snow, are like the wolves on the russian ship. 2)The book burning scene is very similar when they burn tax documentation. 3)The makeshift snowplough is similar to the Randy Quaid and Dash Mihok scene in TDAT. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.48.73.94 (talkcontribs) 2005-01-14 12:27:17

Weird, but I fail to see the relevance. Lots42 (talk) 18:02, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Problems

[edit]

Too much original research, the plot section is too long and I thought the kids went nuts after Skinner was somehow trapped in a gym bag, not a snow tunnel. Lots42 (talk) 18:00, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Comments

[edit]
  • "Only some students, including Bart and Lisa's classes show up while Skinner and Willie are the only faculty members to show up." Change it up a little
You might use Skinner's phrase for the no-shows: "Those Johnny-come-not-lies". WHPratt (talk) 15:49, 4 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • How does Skinner's movie get "wrecked"?
  • "...threatening to put them on pegs if they rebel" What do you mean by pegs? Sounds amusing, whatever it is
  • Are Homer and Flanders trying to rescue just Bart and Lisa, or the other children as well? I know that Flanders has a couple kids. Maybe change Bart and Lisa to "Meanwhile, Homer, with the help of Ned Flanders, sets out to rescue the children"
  • Sentences with quotes need citations
  • "The staff of The Journal, while reviewing The Simpsons - Christmas 2 DVD set, described the episode as "memorable",[10] and John McMurtrie of the San Francisco Chronicle described it as "great".[11] " Change it up
  • Ref 7: page number?

On hold for seven days while above comments get addressed. Thanks, Ruby2010 comment! 20:51, 13 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

All done! User:Queenieacoustic hasn't made any edits since August 4 (I hope he hasn't retired...), so I took care of it. Thanks for the review! :) Theleftorium (talk) 21:18, 13 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
