I turned this from ... well, something or other about tachyons ... itno a sort of redirect/disambiguation page. I'm not sure that "exotic particle" is sufficiently well-established a term to be worthy of an article, though. - DavidWBrooks 16:31, 7 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Well, it was featured in Stargate Atlantis, so it's good enough for me and should be for you! Lol. - Nicko 10:51, 27 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed Merger to "Exotic Matter"

Hello,

References here give very little information as to what makes a particle "exotic" as opposed to regular. These references generally are unenlightening as to what the concept of "Exotic Particle" is, instead merely describing specific examples. Furthermore, the topic is entirely redundant and a subset of the information included within Exotic Matter, so I propose that we merge this article into Exotic Matter. Thoughts? Hello,

I agree wholeheartedly with what Lxplot said about merging this page, since it seems that this is a separate page for a small part of what already exits in the Exotic Matter page. Which seems entirely unnecessary in my opinion. It would also ad more substance to the Exotic Matter page as well, helping it climb out of stub status. Hello,

I feel that as long as you leave the link up, I wouldn't find a real need to merge the articles. However, there is so little information here, I find this necessary as well. Thank you! -Jordan (Skyline Space Magazine)
