Filling

Although Cheese is the most traditional filling (especially with regard to the Shavuos holiday, of course), they are often made with other filings year-round, including beef, chicken, or liver. Additionally, Passover blintzes may be made with potato starch or similar, using the similar recipe for Passover egg noodles. Drsruli (talk) 01:57, 25 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
