The Times Educational Supplement: It is not however fully comprehensive. Its entry on "English educators" includes just three names: the great headmaster Thomas Arnold, the late Jack Longland, former chief education officer in Derbyshire... and the former chief inspector of schools Chris Woodhead, who receives by far the lengthiest entry.
